Immature granulocyte and other markers in prediction of mortality in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage

چکیده
Aim: This study aims to evaluate immature granulocyte count (IG#) and percentage (IG%) in the prediction of mortality spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (SICH).
Material Method: Demographic characteristics laboratory test results patients diagnosed with SICH admitted neurology clinic a tertiary hospital between January 1, 2020, 2022, were recorded. One hundred ten included study. While 80 these constituted group that recovered after treatment, 30 them formed died despite treatment. IG other parameters statistically compared both groups.
Results: Of 110 patients, 45 (42.7%) female, 65 (57.3%) male. counts higher non-survival than survival (p=0.001). When divided according low IG% (=0.6), high IG# group, group. White blood cell (WBC), neutrophil (NEUT#), monocyte (MONO#), IG#, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), volume (HV) values significantly group; Glasgow coma score (GCS) lymphocytes (LYMPH%) lower too. In addition, rate was (53.23% vs. 17.5%).
Conclusion: is new, easily accessible, inexpensive, promising marker for predicting in-hospital SICH.

Hematoma volume and other prognostic factors with mortality in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage
Material and Methods All patients admitted to the ICU with the diagnosis of spontaneous ICH were collected. We determine the hematoma volume at admission with the modified formula Kothari (AxBxC / 2 cc), the location of hemastom as posterior fossa or supratentorial, severity scales (GCS at admission, SOFA, APACHE II), medical history and complications during the ICU admission. Used percentils (...

insurers have in the past few decades faced longevity risks - the risk that annuitants survive more than expected - and therefore need a new approach to manage this new risk. in this dissertation we survey methods that hedge longevity risks. these methods use securitization to manage risk, so using modern financial and insurance pricing models, especially wang transform and actuarial concepts, ...

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE A clinical grading scale for intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), formally ICH score, was recently developed showing to predict 30-day mortality in a simple and reliable manner. The aim of the present study was to validate the original ICH (oICH) score in an independent cohort of patients from a developing country assessing 30-day mortality and 6-month functional outcome and w...
متن کاملThe prediction of 30-day mortality and functional outcome in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage with secondary ventricular hemorrhage: a score comparison.
The original ICH (oICH) score was tested in different populations and showed good accuracy in the prediction of outcome and 30-day mortality after spontaneous ICH. The oICH was developed to stratify patients with all types of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (SICH). Several modifications of the oICH score exist in the literature. In the current study, we tested the oICH score, two modified I...
